I have conveyed the principle of minimalism through 10 stories followed by actionable exercises. This book weaves the guiding principle of Minimalism into an anthology of part-fictional and part-real experiences. It comes with exercises at the end of each chapter to drive home this philosophy. I hope the book reaches my readers curious about the philosophy of focusing on needs and living a minimal lifestyle.
